What does delivery cost and how long will it take?

We offer two delivery options for UK shipping destinations – Standard or Fast (see below). Postage prices are the same for Northern Ireland.

If you are not in to accept delivery of your order, our couriers will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place and update the tracking accordingly.

Shipping times can vary for international orders, but generally we offer fast international shipping options, particularly to the US. Please visit our checkout with your desired items in the basket to find out for your destination.

I live outside the UK; what will delivery cost for me?

We ship to a wide range of destinations in Europe, America and beyond. These shipping prices are calculated on parcel size, weight and destination, and can vary quite a bit. Please visit our checkout with your desired items in the basket to find out the shipping price to your destination. If you are unable to do this contact a member of our Customer Services team via our "contact us" page or call us on 01377 337160 between 9am and 5pm UK time Monday to Friday.

International orders will be subject to your local import duties and fees unless states otherwise.

How can I get a tracking number?

For Standard Delivery Heavy and both Fast shipping services, we will send you a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email if one is applicable. All of our services are sign for.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Because of our quick turnaround time, please check your order confirmation as soon as you receive it and email us immediately if you need to amend or cancel your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order, but we will do everything we can.

Please always check your order confirmation carefully anyway, to ensure you have ordered exactly what you intended to.

How are my items packaged?

We take utmost care to ensure that your items are fully protected for the journey ahead. Our packing team members are truly at the heart of our operation; Jack, Alex, Matt, Rich, Barry and Andrew know the value of each and every parcel that leaves our warehouse.

Fast Shipping*

Order to eligible UK shipping destinations and select "FAST SHIPPING*" at checkout before mid-day to get your parcel next working day.

Our couriers do not deliver or collect on Saturday or Sunday, so if you order Between Friday mid-day and Sunday evening the earliest you can get your parcel is Tuesday.

This one working day service is not fully guaranteed.

Remote shipping destinations such as Highlands and Islands are not eligible for next day, but should still arrive with you in good time. The below locations are excluded from our Next Day Delivery shipping option. This is largely ‘out of areas’ locations consisting of Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and more.

How long will you take to dispatch my order?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm are usually packed and sent out the same day. Friday afternoon and weekend orders are dispatched on Mondays. At exceptionally busy times, Bank Holidays etc, please allow an extra day. If you need delivery quicker than that please call 01377 337160 before checking out so we can arrange a faster service.
